After the success of Methodology’s first season, we wanted to spread the love to other areas and support communities outside of our own. Lake Tahoe has been an epicenter of snowboarding since the beginning days of snowboarding’s progression. Many legendary riders hailed from the Tahoe area such as Noah Salsnek (RIP), Chris Roach, Tom Burt, and Shawn Palmer, to name a few. With Tahoe being such an important part of our culture, Methodology thought it a great location for a third event. Sierra At Tahoe welcomed us and the incredible Revert Foundation, created by Chris Roach and his family, was set as the beneficiary. The Revert Foundation has made it it’s mission to offer foster children and at-risk youth an introduction to snowboarding, a mission that speaks to every snowboarder out there who was lucky enough to find their way. The event was blessed with near perfect weather and the locals like Denver Orr went off.
